the Owners are truly extraordinary in every way. From the moment l pulled up on my motorbike fully packed to the time of my departure 3days later was incredible. I was greeted an the bottom of the stairs after a 5hr ride with such a friendly helpful man, it was such a nice experience. l had pre booked on booking.com so check in was so quick, simple and the wife gave me a free upgrade to the brand new room on the 9th floor. This room was amazing, fresh, new and had great views with the 3/4 floor to ceiling windows installed. this room was lovely to go to sleep in with the city lights and fantastic to wake up with. Your above nearly all of the other building here so there’s lots of privacy. great size bathroom and small balcony. it was the 2nd hotel with an inverter A/C - Heater which was simply amazing because it was cold. They have a laundry service and can literally help you with anything. excellent service, location and owners along with very convenient restaurants at your doorstep.

Very clean and very nice. Staff was excellent and very nice. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.

Wonderful clean quiet modern room. Staff were really lovely friendly and helpful. They even stayed up when we arrived unexpectedly at 3.45 am!

We chose this place instead of Tam Coc since we arrived late at night by bus and wanted no additional transfer. Very nice and modern lobby, nice hotel staff and clean if somewhat old-fashioned rooms, but comfortable beds. Very quiet - and for VND 200k (a bit pricy to be honest) we could get a shower in the evening before catching the night train down south. Good location for the typical attractions, they rent out a scooter for VND 130k/day - and a very nice restaurant with massive portions next door.

Very comfy and clean hotel. Modern feel and look. Very well priced. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
